Dr Golly is a Melbourne-based paediatrician and father of three. Specialising in unsettled babies and poor sleep, Dr Golly developed this program through his work with thousands of babies over more than a decade of practice. With a focus on empowering parents and protecting mothers, Dr Golly turns up the volume of that innate parental instinct to maximise parents’ understanding of their baby’s cues and bring everyone closer to a full night’s sleep.

Alex Dawkins

Alex is a certified sleep consultant, midwife, nurse and mum. With years of experience working in Melbourne with families and children aged 0-5 years and running her own sleep consultancy business, she has seen how sleep deprivation can affect the whole family unit and the toll it takes on parents. As a practising midwife at a large private hospital in Melbourne, she also has a special interest in encouraging healthy sleep habits for newborns and beyond, especially working with unsettled babies.

Jillian holds the gold standard qualification of International Board Certified Lactation Consultant ( IBCLC). She has over 10 year’s experience working closely with new mothers in the Maternity Unit setting as well as providing private consultations to new mothers in the comfort of their homes. She is also a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Jillian provides private lactation consults in your home or for those living outside Melbourne’s metropolitan area, Victoria or Australia via Zoom/Facetime meetings. Miriam also provides group sessions to mothers’ groups, school parent groups and corporate teams about childhood nutrition topics to help ensure our next generation grow into healthy adults.

Dr Adaobi is a Perinatal Psychiatrist and mother of two who has helped thousands of parents and their infants optimise their emotional health over her 20-year career. Her passion led her to establish the award winning GLOW Clinic with her friend perinatal psychiatrist Dr Lucinda Smith. Research shows that optimising a parent’s emotional health safeguards their infant’s development and future potential. Dr Golly’s focus on empowering parents and protecting mothers is aligned with the evidence and Dr Adaobi’s take on a well-known African proverb: “it takes a village to raise a parent & a parent to raise a child”.

Sophie is an experienced Pilates instructor and enjoys treating all of the aches and pains which can arise in the postnatal period due to the extra demands placed on the body when caring for your baby.

Vanessa (Vee) is a Registered music therapist, song writer, professional flautist, mum of two and Vee from kids music group Tiptoe Giants.
With years of experience working with children and their families as a music therapist in various settings, such as Sydney Children’s hospital Bear Cottage, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, special education within schools, and paediatric oncology (India), Vanessa loves using music as a tool to engage with children – to learn, discover, develop, explore and experience the world through imaginative, creative and musical play.
Within Tiptoe Giants, Vanessa uses her music therapy experience to write music that is developmentally appropriate, accessible for all children and that provides opportunities for children and families to connect physically, socially, cognitively and emotionally.
Vanessa writes, records & performs children’s music with her music group, Tiptoe Giants – a trio of three women recently nominated in 2020 for an ARIA for Best Children’s Album for their album Colour the World and recently, she was awarded Health Musician of the Year 2022 by the Mental Health Foundation Australia.

Demi is an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist who has done extensive work in the hospital, school and private sector. She has worked extensively with babies, toddlers and children through to adolescence in musculoskeletal and neurological fields, including disability and complex needs.
She enjoys working with babies from birth with post-birth complications such as Torticollis, gross motor delays and diagnosed conditions up to 18 years with a range of neurological, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Demi is also experienced in wheelchair and assistive technology prescription and the NDIS framework. She believes that working collaboratively with the family brings the best outcome for the child.

Dr. Jesse understands how vital it is to instill good oral health habits in children from a young age which helps set the course for their overall dental development.
