Refund Policy

In some extreme cases, we will issue a full refund of your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your online course to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to have:

a) completed all components of the course;

b) complete a feedback questionnaire;

c) troubleshoot with our team what you had problems with or where the program fell short, our team will work with you to resolve the issues;

d) you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds may be issued to those where the program and troubleshooting does not work for their family after considerable effort.

Please note: the program is only advertised as a sleep and settling course NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.  If one of the reasons your baby is unsettled and not sleeping is medical in nature you will always need to see a Health Care Professional to resolve.  Dr Golly is not able to provide medical advice unless you book a face to face consult with him.
